Our Graduate and Intern roles don’t have a fixed opening date for applications, but we do aim to have them all advertised on our website by the end of September each year, ready for you to start the following year.
-
Definitely not, we value diversity of thought, and are very open to people from a range of disciplines. Whilst some of our roles do require specific technical skills, our process will give you the chance to show those skills, regardless of your degree background.
-
We are more than happy to accommodate any requirements you may have, to ensure afair and unbiased recruitment process. Once you have made your application your recruiter will contact you about the next steps. At this point, please let them know about any adjustments you require.

Research is vitally important when making any application, so look over our website, search for us on social media and find us in the news. This will all help you to understand Visa as a business better, and learn more about what we look for. Everyone at Visa contributes to us being the leading global payments provider, so while we don’t expect you to be a payments expert, we do want to hear you talk confidently and coherently about Visa and our business, specifically why you’re passionate about it. However, you should be able to talk in more depth about the role you have applied for and why it specifically appeals to you.

We are always bound by local immigration law, and we apply this at the initial application stage of our process. Please answer all the application questions we include as clearly as possible so we can determine your eligibility. If you meet local requirements and we feel you’re a good fit for Visa, then we will try and support your sponsorship to work in the country the role is based in subject to local immigration law.
